At Skills2Succeed we like to answer as many of your questions and as promptly and precisely as possible. We have already listed below some of the common questions we get asked. We will include more questions as we receive them and if they pertain to the general population.

Q:  What kind of Courses, Workshops or Events do you hold?
A:  We hold any Course, Workshop or Event that has a public demand and public interest. We do not have any specific area that we exclude. We try to tentatively organise our Courses, Workshops, Seminars and Events, under six categories: Engineering & Technology, Industry & Trade, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Computer & Information Technology, Business & Accounting and General, Life & Soft Skills areas. However, these categorisation has no other significance other than to give the attendees he focus of the Course, Workshop, Seminar or Event. Quite often there are Courses, Workshops, Seminars and Events that span multiple areas. If you are not clear about an event, just from its name, in which category it falls, please send us an e-mail to our Customer Service at cs@skills2succeed.net for clarification.

Q:  How do I pay for the Courses, Workshops, Events and Seminars that you organise?
A:  Please visit our Payment Page to see the various methods of payment we accept.

Q:  I like to Register for an Event / Course but the link to register for the Course / Event is not active. What should I do.
A:  If you see a Course / Event listed on our site with a future date, then the Course / Event has been scheduled. However, the link is not active because either the Registration for that Course / Event has not yet started, or the Registration has already closed.  This can happen when a Course / Event has only a limited number of spaces and those spaces have been filled up. However, even if you can not Register for a Course online, please send an e-mail to the Customer Service at  cs@skills2succeed.net to put you on the waiting list. There are many occassions when a cancellation occurs and you can be accommodated in that space. At other times we are able to change the venue or the room and are able to increase the number of spaces. So, it always helps to send us an e-mail to keep your names on the waiting list.
